Engage and Experiment
Whether it’s a cross-company cohort, business unit or individual, all programs and engagements are highly customized to the specific opportunities for development. In all cases a thorough due diligence is conducted to gain a 360-degree needs assessment view which informs design, development, and delivery. This is a highly collaborative and iterative process with each client to ensure an all-inclusive alignment of intent and impact.
Practicum Programs
Why do I refer to my larger group and team programs as practicums? Because of the three pillars of Group Experiential Immersion Sessions, Real-World Practice (RWP), and Integration Coaching for continuous assessment, action, and accountability. Every participant actively experiments with various tools and practices in their roles and in actual, critical moments-that-matter tied to performance and business outcomes. In this way, we beat the forgetting curve and participants are highly motivated to apply, integrate, and build their individual ladders of learnings.
