My Story

So glad you were curious and stopped by. I am a former global business builder at the intersection of Tech and Media where I earned the reputation for making the impossible possible. What I loved most was enabling and empowering others to be successful. I was also struck by the high levels of stress, anxiety and complacency that was all around me. I wanted to do something about it. I went back to academia spending years immersing myself in different disciplines and modalities and conducting research on curiosity which catalyzed my evolution into a PhD focused on developing talent. I am recognized worldwide for my work on curiosity and emboldening individuals and teams to explore, experiment, and evolve; and yes, to manage the stress along the way.

Publications

My research shows that curiosity is a meta-skill that activates other critical skills we need most today to rethink, reframe, and relearn. Fundamentally, curiosity enables us to be, do, and create in new and agile ways. Explore my published work to find out why there is nothing “soft” about it.
